Yes. Every private lesson can be taken by video or in audio-only mode.

Join from a web browser or the TalkTalkTutor app on a supported phone or tablet, then choose the format that works best for that lesson.

Per month, you can postpone up to 5 times, receive 1 make-up class, and change class schedule once. You can handle these directly in the app or on the web up to 30 minutes before class.

If a teacher must be changed due to the teacher’s circumstances, it does not count toward your teacher-change limit, and an additional class is provided as compensation.

From before classes begin until the second lesson is completed and processed, we provide a 100% refund without questions. You can request it directly from My Page.

Refund requests after the second lesson has been completed and processed are handled according to the terms below.

• Before 1/3 of total class time has passed: 2/3 of the paid amount
• Before 1/2 of total class time has passed: 1/2 of the paid amount
• After 1/2 of total class time has passed: no refund

If points were used for payment, the used points are not refunded in cash and are restored as points according to the refund ratio. Points earned from payment may be reclaimed according to the refund ratio.

You receive 1,000P when you sign up. For the first paid enrollment, 10% of the actual paid amount is earned as points. For re-enrollment, 5% to 15% of the actual paid amount is earned depending on your member grade.

By completing preview, class, review, vocabulary study, and tests, you can earn up to 500P per lesson. A star rating earns 100P, and a review of 20 or more characters earns a total of 500P.

Points can be used for tuition payment, and each point is worth $0.0005. Depending on your paid learning period, you can use points for up to 10% to 20% of the payment. Points cannot be refunded in cash or transferred.
